BOGGEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All BOGgear product is warranted by BOGgear LLC against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase from BOGgear LLC or an authorized BOGgear LLC dealer. In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, please call the toll-free number below for an address where you can send the defective product along with a copy of your sales receipt.
BOGgear LLC will, at its option, (a) correct the defect by product repair without charge for parts and labor or (b) replace the product with one of a similar design. New or reconditioned parts and product may be used in the performance of the warranty service. Repaired or replaced parts and products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. You will be charged for repair or replacement of the product made after the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover: personal injury, damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, or improper maintenance. Furthermore this warranty does not cover cosmetic scratches and marks as a result of normal usage. The customer acknowledges and agrees that BOGgear LLC shall not be responsible for any and all damages that the customer may incur from delayed shipment, product failure and/or product design. In no event shall BOGgear LLC, its employees, representatives, agents or dealers be liable for any injury or indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind. This limited warranty is exclusively for the benefit of the original customer and cannot be transferred or assigned.
