This buck was taken in Sasakatchewan this winter. He gross scores 221 7/8” B&C.

Dear BOG Gear,

Your new shooting stick design proved to be quite satisfactory on my recent African safari.  My son Frank and I used them to harvest eland, zebra, giraffe, waterbuck and a large number of leopard bait animals.  The shooting sticks were very user friendly.  Our professional hunter was so impressed by the sticks that I left them with him to use on his upcoming 5 month safari season in Tanzania!

Having the opportunity to hunt across North America, Canada, and even Africa, there is no doubt that every adventure comes down to that last second when every hunter will need the chance for a steady aim at their trophy of a lifetime. Having a rest to make that ethical shot is the most important part of every hunt. BOG shooting sticks gives the hunter that opportunity.

I do way more than just shoot off them. From steading my video camera, to supporting me as I climb hills out West, to a down-and-dirty hanger for drying wet cloths, to even using the sticks at a tent pole for holding up a small tarp in a makeshift camp, I never seem to run out of ways to use the BOG-POD. They are just about as handy as anything I ever take on a hunt!
